Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday-Saturday, excluding major U.S. Holidays. Shipping available to all 50 States in the U.S. as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. Items are shipped via 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Order confirmation will be sent via email at the time of purchase. Shipping confirmation including tracking number will be sent via email once item has shipped.
Returns and refunds are permitted within 30 days of purchase. Please note that E-Liquid sales are final and no returns will be authorized. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was purchased. Item must be in the original packaging. If the item was purchased from our website please contact us HERE to coordinate shipping. Buyer must pay for all return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the payment source which you used at the time of purchase. In some cases a store credit will be issued instead.
A 30 day warranty period is provided from the time of purchase with Vapor Villa, Corp. After 30 days product issues must be handled with the product manufacture. Our warranty covers item defects that come from the manufacturing process and does not cover item issues including but not limited to normal wear and tear, improper use/negligence, water/fire damage and/or attempted repairs/modifications performed by item owner or any persons not employed by Vapor Villa, Corp. Our warranty policy excludes the following items: Coils (Atomizer Heads), E-liquid, and Drip Tips. If you feel your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us HERE. Please try to be detailed in the description of your item issue so we can serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible. If eligible for warranty a product exchange, refund or a store credit will be issued.
